What We Do

We are a Massachusetts-based tax exempt nonprofit organization, formed in 2019 that relies on grants and donations. Our 501(c)(3) tax exempt status means all donations made to us are considered charitable donations on your taxes.

Mission

Our mission is to produce artistic performances and arts-based workshops, which interpret, explore, promote, and demystify mindfulness, awareness and self-care.

What is Mindfulness & Awareness?

Mindfulness is paying attention, on purpose in a non-judgmental manner, in the present moment.  

While mindfulness brings a sharp focus, awareness sees the whole picture.
Awareness centers us by allowing us to step back and observe each thought, emotion, and physical stimulus without letting any or all of them take over our consciousness. 

What We Do


We make mindfulness accessible to all by hosting weekly guided mindfulness meditation sessions on a free or Pay What You Can basis.

A typical session includes light stretching, a guided meditation followed by a short period of reflection and voluntary sharing.

We offer virtual classes and partner with local organizations to offer classes on their platforms and in their space.

We share mindfulness practices by collaborating with community service organizations, local businesses and artistic organizations.

A partial list includes: Sandwich Council on Aging, Barnstable Adult Community Center, Mashpee Council on Aging, Sandwich Public Library, Falmouth Public Library, the Sandwich, Mid-Cape, Falmouth and Mashpee Cultural Councils, Cultural Center of Cape Cod, Sandwich Arts Alliance and Wiser Health & Fitness.

We promote mindfulness by hosting artistic events where local artists can entertain, inspire and educate by exploring the theme of mindfulness in their art.

We believe art-making is a vital component of community health and engagement and are committed to supporting the local creative economy by paying stipends to artists and by hosting multiple events per year to showcase mindful artists. Click here to see a video of a recent event.
