Mindful Journaling

Settle into a quiet space with a notebook or paper and a writing instrument and embark on a journey of self-discovery. We’ll use a 3-part format: a brief meditation, a period of journaling or sketching to a prompt, followed by voluntary sharing. Then we’ll repeat this sequence with a different prompt.

This is a FREE event, sponsored by the Falmouth Public Library. Journals are available at the FPL for anyone who would like one, as long as they last. Enter name and Email and click button to Register.
